Tacit knowledge as a type of non-coding knowledge that is personal and difficult to format.It is the knowledge rooted in the particular context and background,to stay the practical level,often not consciously and unconsciously used.Sharing of tacit knowledge is to take the individual tacit knowledge share for the organization of knowledge.In the knowledge economy context,the traditional factors of production such as land,capital,labor conditions and so on can't have been the unique advantages of an enterprise.So if the enterprise wants to have a good response to pressure from outside, they must find new resources and develop new core-competencies.In this case, knowledge as a special factor of production was re-understand and used.Explicit knowledge is easily imitated and accessed by competitors.So it is difficult to create a sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises.while implicit, no-encoded and highly personalized tacit knowledge as the knowldege can not easily be imitated and copied,to constitute the basis of core competence, This is the need for enterprises to cope with stress in the background knowledge.The paper based on the preliminary study to identify and eliminate through hindering a number of tacit Knowledge Sharing staff barriers in the workplace,to effectlty promote sharing of tacit knowledge for the employees in the workplace, and to achieve the common development of individuals and organizations to improve the system from the cognitive ideas, culture, incentive mechanisms and shared platforms to protect the four dimensions, build a targeted strategy,with a view to sharing tacit knowledge of employees and managers for the company to provide some information and inspiration.ChapterⅠ:Introduction. In this study the writer indicated the practical and theoretical significance to focus on the sharing of the tacit knowledge through the contemporary business opportunities and challenges,and the huge impact with the knowledge resources especially the tacit knowledge resources increasingly become the essential resource of the modern capital replacing physical capital,with the coming of the knowledge economy,lifelong learning,learning society.Furthermore,according to the decomposition method by keyword broken the theme down into:a workplace, workplace learning, tacit knowledge, the sharing of the tacit knowledge,layers of depth,step by step to sort out the research results home and abroad.Finally, finding the problem to be solved,clearing the specific research contents,and export the research methods and paths from the current study. ChapterⅡ:Basic Theory. It was beginning from the basic theory of the sharing of the tacit knowledge, and analyzed in-depth the content,including the value and the affecting factors of the tacit knowledge,then sort the related concepts and the theory of the workplace learning.Finally,analyze in-depth the learning theory guiding the sharing of the tacit knowledge in the workplace learning,to lay a solid theoretical basis for the fllowing genuinely effective strategy of the sharing of the tacit knowledge.ChapterⅢ:the analysis of the status for the sharing of tacit knowledge.the paper is taken the methods with the combination of the questionnaire and the individual interviews,select by the sate-owned enterprises represened by the enterprises of Shanghai Ship Research Institute and Shanghai Jihwa,foreign companies represented by General Motors Co., Ltd,and the employees of the private enterprises as the sample,to show actually the overall situation of the sharing of the tacit knowledg in the current workplace,and the present situation of the cognitive,culture,encouraging mechanism,and sharing platform.In the basis, point that individual employees affected by the effect,such as the cognitive factors,the culture factors, the motivating factors to bring in the problems including protection of personal values, mistrust in the culture,non-perfect system and lach of the sharing platforms and so on.ChapterⅣ:Strategy for promoting the sharing of tacit knowledge in the workplace. the writer propose the four stragies the cognitive strategy,the strategy to establish the encourging mechanism,and the sharing plaform.In which the changing of the cognitive concept is the premise;the encourging mechanism is the key;and the sharing platform is the support.
