This paper combines the theory of endogenous growth,neoclassical economics efficiency and data envelopment analysis research method,the research object is the spatial differentiation R&D efficiency of China's industrial enterprises above designated size,and the two dimensions of time and space are above R&D efficiency of China's industrial enterprises above designated size,based on the perspective of geography of China's industrial enterprises above designated size of the spatial and technological differences in the analysis of factors to explore its influencing factors.On this basis,the author analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of R&D of industrial enterprises above designated size,and puts forward some policy suggestions on the improvement of R&D efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size.The paper is divided into seven chapters and five parts.The main contents are as follows: The first part is the first and the second chapter,which is the research background,the related theory and related literature review.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,puts forward the research methods and framework,briefly introduces the main contents of the research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the R&D efficiency and R&D efficiency of the relevant factors.The second part is the third and fourth chapter,in China above the scale of industrial enterprises research and development on the basis of the status quo,the R&D efficiency was measured.The third chapter summarizes the present situation and spatial distribution characteristics of China's industrial enterprises above designated size.The fourth chapter uses the data of 2008,2009,2011 and 2014 to measure the efficiency of China's industrial enterprises above designated size.The third part is the fifth chapter of the paper.On the basis of the fourth chapter,the spatial evolution of R&D efficiency in ArcGis10.0 is analyzed and analyzed.The fourth part is the sixth chapter of the article,first of all,the factors affecting the efficiency of R&D efficiency analysis and selection,followed by the construction model of quantitative analysis of influencing factors to explore its influencing factors.The seventh chapter is the fifth part,is the summary and prospect of the full text,summarizes the main conclusions of the paper and future research prospects.In the process of analyzing the spatial heterogeneity and influencing factors of the R&D efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in China,it is found that the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of China's industrial enterprises above designated size show the trend of fluctuating and the scale efficiency is higher than the comprehensive efficiency And pure technical efficiency;pure technical efficiency showed a strong spatial dependence,the overall efficiency of the second,while the scale efficiency of the weakest spatial dependency.The efficiency of R&D in the western coastal areas and the eastern provinces is higher than that in the northern provinces,which constitutes the general characteristics of the spatial differentiation of the R&D efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in China.The research shows that the level of opening to the outside world,the degree of nationalization,the level of economic development,the scale of enterprises,the concentration of market and the intensity of R&D investment have a significant impact on the spatial differentiation of R&D efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in China.
