Exploration Of The Motivating System In Dongguan Collective Enterprises

It was the most difficult year of the new century of Dongguan economic development in 2009. In this context, the management theory and its application which suit to Dongguan enterprises has more practical significance and urgency. This paper tries to explore the research-based status for private enterprises in Dongguan internal incentive mechanism for the transformation and upgrading of collective enterprises in Dongguan to provide solution for filling the vacancy domestic research.This paper first confirmed the motivating system can play a promote role to collective enterprises development of Dongguan, then through research summarizes the characteristics of Dongguan collective enterprises, and through random sample survey summarizes the status of motivating system. Against to the characteristics and status of motivating system of Dongguan collective enterprises, combining motivation theory, human capital theory and social capital theory, the author reconstructed the motivating system fix to Dongguan collective enterprises, guide the Dongguan collective enterprises to construct a motivating system that diversification, differentiation, equity and sustainable. At the end of paper, author combine the corporate culture and social capital theory with motivating system, point out that accumulation of corporate culture, social capital and motivating system should be coordinated growth, specified in the direction of the motivating system of Dongguan collective enterprises.
