The Study On The Motivating System About Knowledge Type Staffs

In the twenty-first century, economy in the world is based on knowledge, and knowledge has become the power to promote the economy, and scientific technique especially high-tech has been the lever to advance the society. With the knowledge economy appearance and development, the enterprise could not win in the market with only finance capital or natural resources as it were. It must depend on the knowledge. Knowledge type staffs who carry the knowledge have the leading roles. They are creative and they can contribute their intelligence to enterprises' exist and development. So, it is necessary that knowledge type staffs are effectively encouraged to work hard and exert their abilities.This paper does system study about knowledge type staffs' motivation. According to motivation theories which people know and these theories apply to motivation of knowledge type staffs, and persons' studies, the body of this paper summaries the knowledge type staffs' wants, and analyzes type staffs' characters both about work and personality. On this base, motivation system is constructed about internal environment system system of HRM and human capital property right.
