Study On Chinese Development Strategy Of Town Housing

With the advancement of the urbanization process in China, town housing is in a period of rapid development. But compared with developed European countries, town housing started late in China. There are some problems such as lack of planning, low technical level, serious waste of resources, lack of housing function and inadequate public infrastructure and other issues. To study on development and influence factors of town housing, and make prospect of rural housing demand in certain period of time, are important for solving the existing town housing development without planning, low-tech process of building and serious waste problems.This paper based on the actuality of town housing in China, used the analysis methods of SWOT and PEST and analyzed the content, development, problems and effect factors of town housing in China which is the most important point in this study. Grounded on the above analysis and combined with the actuality of town housing, this paper established a forecasting model of certain period and concluded that in the short term, we needn't additional town housing land if we can use the existing town housing land adequately during the development of town housing. Finally, according to the above conclusions this paper established the strategy system of town housing.The innovation of this paper is using the analysis methods of SWOT to study the actuality of town housing and establish the demand forecasting model to predict the quantity demanded of town housing for a period. These innovations provided a new perspective and idea for the institution of town housing development strategy system.
