As the internet's popularity and the arrival of the information age, traditional enterprise's development was largely impact, because Chinese companies facing capital rate, small scale, competitive conditions and other issues, China's audiovisual chain products enterprise is hard to face the impact of information technology, generally, a direct result to audiovisual electronic publishing chain operation is very difficult, as a result of advantage in the current industry environment is unable to function. There are a number of audiovisual electronic publication enterprises for the expansion of blindly, ignoring the internal management, resulting in inefficient phenomenon, resulting in expansion sluggish.As the age of online publishing and sales coming,the forms of music, audiovisual recordings, and electronic publications already had a great impact, from the conventional CD and tape are increasingly moving toward online audiovisual and Internet download. Developed country had a good basis, good market mechanism,and good capital management system, so facing the challenge of information age is more easily, they already had a very sophisticated information programme.But chiniese enterprise is not perfect in sales, e-marketing system, some audio-visual chain enterprises still depend on the traditional mode to sale their product, such as a large number of retail outlets to extend the original owners, store does not use computers and networks, the price of audio became lower and lower, profit was instability, etc.Currently, the Internet, as the core of information age, has been rapid development in the world-wide. Take full advantage of modern information technology, accelerating the install speed of enterprise information technology to achieve lower production costs, significantly improve management efficiency, substantial domestic and foreign markets, improve customer satisfaction, has become the world's business trends. The majority of audiovisual products chain enterprises have realized that implementation of the "information" is a historic opportunity, which also is a chance to strengthen competitiveness, expand enterprise survival and development great opportunity, meanwhile, it is also a test which have to be treated carefully, because the information infrastructure, information technology implementation is very difficult.Therefore, to analysis the audiovisual products chain's circumstance basic theoretical practical problems is a very important and meaningful work. The only way to resolve the domestic audiovisual chain enterprise's issues is information technology, all the links in the chain on the enterprise by establishing unified management information platform for e-supply chain system, timely capturing market information, delivery information, analysis and consolidating information, audio-visual products and electronic publications of logistics, information and funds to organically, resulting in the entire audiovisual electronic publishing industry chain form an information network, implementing a resource consolidation. Especially in wholesale and retail enterprises to establish various sales channels and efficient logistics system, enhance consumers'growing availability of audiovisual electronic publications. At the same time to speed up the audiovisual electronic publishing business management system for networking and information technology, e-Government, to improve management efficiency and public service level. In addition, moviola electronic publishing industry and extensive media, television, Internet and other related industry cooperation, looking for new economic growth, creating better audiovisual electronic communication platform.
