As one part of human resources management modules, recruitment has prerequisite and fundamental actions. Do well with it, staff performance and strategic management can be assured. As recruitment system taking more and more important actions in the human resources management system, studies on enterprise recruitment system grasp better and better graces by the academic and business circles. In this knowledge economy era, human resources allocation becomes social and globale faster. So the enterprises must lay store by the human resources management works, in order to get the strategic competitive advantages. Bacicly, they should set enterprise recruitment system. However, traditional recruitment system presenced obvious deficiencies both in the choice of theoretical tool and in the discrimination ability of interviewees. A new conception, which emerged in America human resources management district in 1970s, competency brought new chances and directions for enterprise recruitment.Based on the studies by precursor scholars and taking the theory of competency and competency model as the cut-in-point, this study seted enterprise recruitment system based on the competency mode. In order to explore new enterprise recruitment system and new technology on competency identification.
