From the nineties of the twentieth century, China became an attractive investing market for most of the multinational company and a mess of foreign capital came into China market. The local managers not only faced to the local environment, but impacted by more than two kinds of different cultures. To be a good MNC's local manager, he must use the view of local culture characteristics to make design, sell goods, manage his staffs and provide custom service, ect., and at the same time, he must hold a international view to communicate with the headquarter, report to his foreign boss, communicate with his fellows and negotiate with other foreign competitor or participator.How to make an effective cross-culture communication and management has become a must-thinking for every MNC's local manager who wants to be succeeded. But what kinds of communication questions put out in the management work? What are the influence factors for cross-culture management ability? And how to raise the ability is a desideration for all of them.First of all, the paper set forth about correlative theories and the model of cross-culture communication ability.Secondly, analyze the correlative theories; work out questionnaire for the purpose of finding the influence factors of cross-culture management ability.Thirdly, collect and stat. the data and information then do an analysis.At last, according to the results, analyze the influence factors of cross-culture communication ability, then make a reasonable suggestion for MNC's local managers.
