As an important component of production relations, in different historical periods, labor relations reflect the different economic formations, political characteristics and Cultural background, while seriously affecting political, economic and other social relations of the country. We can say that the status of labor relations reflects the level of social progress and modernization of the country.Currently,the status of non-public sectors economy is more and more clear with its rapid developing. Not only in the number of enterprise to achieve rapid growth, non-public economy but also makes tremendous contributions to the national economy. But it's undeniable that the negative effects of the problem of labor relations which is the byproduct of the development of non-public economy are becoming evident. Now in our country, the conflicts in labor relations of non-public enterprises rise to numerous, and show the feature of diverse and complex. Sacrificing the interests of workers for short-term profits happens sometimes. We must successfully deal with the conflicts in labor relations of non-public enterprises in our country, and construct harmonious labor relations of non-public enterprises with feasible method and system, to promote the healthy development of non-public economy.With the empirical investigation of some non-public enterprises in Suzhou and the result of the comparison between qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the author finds that the following factors significantly impact on the harmonious labor relations: wage income, the signing of collective labor contract and the working of labor union, social insurance and other related Welfare system, labor safety Etc. (Sorted according to their respective level of influence) On this basis, comparing these factors with the current system of Suzhou Federation of Trade Unions and intellectual community, we can give some recommendations for improvement, and then proposing countermeasures of constructing harmonious labor relations.
