Corporate culture theory put forward by the American management science scholars, is thedevelopment of the market economy to a certain stage of the product. In the reform and opening in Chinaafter the reform of economic system, corporate culture theory as western economic management theorywith the introduction, gradually by China’s Corporate absorption and application. The new age the marketcompetition in the final analysis they are talents competition, how to keep talents cultivation, moreexcellent talents to become the Corporate managers need to carefully consider the question. Corporateculture, as the power of the centripetal force can condensed corporate, and in many successful corporatemanagement activities can be reflected. With the people-oriented corporate culture from the point of viewof people more to care about people, understanding, respect people, the problem of the people as the key tothe sustainable development of corporate, by inside and outside to create a harmonious, warm, rich fervorcorporate culture atmosphere, through to the corporate staff’s self development and realize to thedevelopment of the corporate purpose. This article through the domestic and international corporate culturedevelopment of the research background, and know it is with the person this development of new economicsituation the necessity of corporate development, combining analysis corporate culture in China and theproblems existing in the development of people-oriented principle of the development of corporate culture,and explores the suitable to China’s culture and the corporate internal and external environment ofpeople-oriented corporate culture development of the specific way. Again through case analysis corporatesuccess at home and abroad in the development of people-oriented corporate culture in the concreteembodiment, further validation people-oriented corporate culture of the specific practical and thedevelopment direction.
