Research On The Risk Management For Zhanhua Qingfeng Lake Power Plant Project Of Huaneng Group

Wind power is the most mature and large-scale development and commercialization prospect of new energy development technology.It is an important measure to achieve sustainable development of energy.This project makes full use of the local wind energy resources to build wind farms,optimize the power supply structure,and provide guarantee for the sustainable development of society and economy.Wind power in China has developed rapidly,and there are many projects.It is urgent to solve the problems and research hotspots for the project to carry out the necessary risk control and management,and improve the scientificalness and systematicness of the project.Accurate grasp and timely treatment of project risk factors can greatly reduce the risk degree of hazards in the whole life cycle of projects in planning,construction and operation,and make the implementation of wind power projects smoothly.In this paper,through the study of Qingfeng Lake project,the risk of project construction is systematically identified.Combined with the actual situation of Huaneng Zhanhua Qingfeng Lake project,it is of great practical significance to study the risk management from the project construction management and formulate solutions to strengthen risk prevention,improve operational efficiency and avoid risk loss.Mainly to solve three problems: the planning and control principle of each stage of the project risk management;and steps in each stage of the project risk management content and method;put forward the project risk management framework model,put forward a set of risk management mechanism from the organization,responsibilities,processes and systems,and for each stage of the wind Lake project in the life cycle,proposed the risk management measures.This thesis mainly includes four parts,the introduction part expounds the content of the project research background,significance and research methods,and summarized summarizing the relevant theoretical and practical development;the second part is based on the basic situation of the project,summarized in the project risk management,risk identification principle and concrete analysis work;to study and evaluate the specific contents of the third chapter mainly elaborates in the project life cycle and project risk,including risk assessment scheme and the specific evaluation contents;in the fourth chapter,on the basis of discussing project evaluation methods of risk control and risk control effect.According to the results of the risk assessment,the research on the specific safety control and countermeasures is carried out.Through research,the risk control of this project will lay a solid foundation for the management theory and practice of wind farm construction projects in the future,and accumulate valuable experience,which will further improve and develop in the future work.
