With the continuous development of market economy, China's market, the level of standardization and internationalization has been greatly improved, market competition becomes more intense, the competitiveness of enterprises is not only competition for resources and market share competition, higher level the talent competition competitiveness of the enterprise competitiveness has become a core element. In the knowledge economy, talent will be the survival and development of strategic resources and key factors. Well-known enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises in the national economy plays an important role, while the personnel issue is the current impact of enterprise reform and development of the core problems. In the knowledge economy and economic globalization, the dual background situation, the research enterprise talent to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability issues are very important.This paper analyzes the core competitiveness of enterprises based on the elements, stressing the competitiveness of business professionals is the core of core competitiveness and key elements; immediately following article describes the current competitiveness of enterprises continued to improve human resources problems, analysis of the current enterprise competition for talent difficult to continue to enhance the power of reason.
