Research On The Project Management Of LanPing Ⅰ Section Of Henan Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Construction Corporation

This paper has carried out research on the implementation and comprehensive evaluation for the Project Management of LanPingⅠSection of Henan Electric Power Transmission & Transformation Construction Corporation.On the base of research statuses of the construction project management and comprehensive evaluation at home and abroad, the first, the paper describes the related theoretical knowledge of the construction project management and comprehensive evaluation; the second, features and construction engineering environment is analyzed; the third, it also carries out specific analysis of project management implementation; the last, it uses the AHP to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to take a comprehensive evaluation for this construction project,and obtained good evaluation of the project's conclusion.
