| Energy has become the lifeblood of economic development, and energy strategy also has become one of the important components of the nations'economic development strategy. China is the largest developing country, in the world, also the second largest energy consumer. Continuously advancing the process of industrialization and urbanization, China has made great achievements in the construction. However, the achievements are based on a great of resources and the environment, and the contradiction between economic development and resources has become more serious. It is extremely urgent to implement energy-saving.Technical Economic Development Area (TEDA) of Tianjin is one of National coastal economic and technological development areas.Its development should be avoided the type of economic development at the expense of resources and the environment. We should comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, make full use of resources, and gradually forms that regional economies social development system of the resource-saving and the environment-friendly.TEDA Eastern is the only basic development construction mature area of the six development areas of TEDA, and the only area that has potential of implementation energy-saving planning. So in this paper, we research the energy strategic planning of TEDA Eastern.In this paper, on the basis of the studies in the energy use and energy efficiency at home and abroad, and considering the characteristics of TEDA Eastern, I analysed the status of energy using, energy-saving potential, problems in the energy conservation and future challenges. And I discussed the four basic strategic initiatives in details.Then I described the key energy-saving projects in TEDA Eastern, and discussed the status and problems, the main content of implementation and the facilities of the energy conservation projects can be implemented recently. Finally, I put forward to my own views about the implementation of the TEDA Eastern energy plan safeguards. |
