This paper discusses the industrial design of human resources management theory, and combining the current domestic and foreign enterprise management of outstanding design case analysis. From the two aspects of colleges and enterprises in Chongqing industrial design research, analysis of the current situation of human resource in Chongqing human resources superiority of industrial design and the existing problems, and puts forward the industrial design talents in Chongqing, human resources management Suggestions and strategies. The design that human resources management must be management innovation, can satisfy the design demand of talent management enterprise. Main content is divided into five full part.The first part, Analysis the history and current situation of domestic human resources management, clear the purpose of this study, significance and methods.The second part, the industrial design of the basic theory of human resource, this paper discusses the human resource functions of industrial design and general characteristics.In the third part ,Firstly analyzes the domestic area industrial design of the current situation of human resource, then emphatically from the two directions of Chongqing industrial design human resources situation analysis, and points out the existing questions: A, university, analyzes college and international famous universities in Chongqing area of industrial design undergraduate education plan and compare the advantages and disadvantages, complement each other, Second, the enterprises in Chongqing, the local representative enterprise research and analysis of industrial design industry in Chongqing which face another human resources.The fourth part of Chongqing, industrial design personnel management plan.
