Research On Regional Economic Impact Evaluation Of The Major Construction Projects

Because of huge investment, long the construction cycle and high difficulty technology, the major construction projects has the very tremendous influence to the region economy. In July 2006,the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Construction promulgated the third edition " Economic Evaluation Methods and Parameters for Construction Project ", which for the first time requires the major construction projects impose to the regional economic and macro-economic impact analysis, So how to give a reasonable quantitative evaluation is very important. And from a macro perspective, the major construction projects can promote the growth of the total regional economy, can help to change the structure of regional economy, can promote the rational distribution of industry and harmoniously develop, can help to improve the efficiency of regional economy and plays a decisive role the regional economic development. At the same time, the major construction projects can be practical application of economic analysis and evaluation of macroeconomic theory and methods, at home and abroad is still in the exploration and research.First, after reading at home and abroad in the project evaluation and regional economic evaluation, the paper gives the limitations of the existing regional economic evaluation of the major construction projects. Through the features and function mechanism of the major construction projects and regional economic, the basic principle to analyze the impact of the major construction projects to the regional economy.Secondly, in this paper, from the angle of macro and micro, qualitative analysis the regional economic impact of the major construction projects, and given the contents about the regional economic of the major construction projects.Finally, in order to correctly evaluation the major construction projects of the regional economic impact, based an the principle and method of the evaluating indicator system used to analyze the impact of the major construction projects has been established, in terms of regional economic growth, industrial structure, local finance, employment and income distribution.
