With the development of economic globalization, the economic in China is increasing speedy, Exhibition business had been the one of top ten in China which encouraged the Economic development and will be in the future ten years, it had been attracted the attention of the Government, Pressing Media and Economics.Beijing Exhibition Center was built in 1954, with long history. In order to keep the development in the high competition society, the most important thing is building an suitable system of Human Resource Management.Human resource management's task is to provide the necessary talents corporate strategy to develop their potential, human resources into full play the positive role of business services. Therefore, constantly raise the level of human resources management, to maximize the efficiency of staff to play, an important guarantee for the development of enterprises, as well as the goals and focus of human resources. Performance appraisal and salary-which is the most important human resource management is the core of human resources.In this dissertation, after analyzed the existing status of Beijing Exhibition Center of their performance appraisal. Found out their problems and to solve the problems, by using the modern human resource management-the balanced score card and key performance indicators such as performance evaluation, and the various departments to design different performance appraisal form. Pay attention to the ordinary employees of the company in the process of designing the new performance system design for the understanding and participation to lay the foundation for the concrete implementation evaluation system.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice, the choice of method with the use of the design process.
