With the coming of knowledge economy era,scientific performance management mechanism and performance evaluation system are increasingly becoming an important way for enterprises to create internal core competitiveness and enhance external competitive advantages.Establishing a scientific enterprise performance management mechanism and performance evaluation system is conducive to timely and accurately evaluating the implementation progress and implementation of the strategic objectives of enterprises,and is essential for the realization of long-term strategic goals of enterprises.Therefore,the Balanced Score Card as an effective performance measurement tool and strategic management tool has far-reaching practical significance for the construction of enterprise performance appraisal system and the realization of strategic objectives.By drawing on domestic scorecard theory and practice experience of external balance,the GX group operating subsidiary of the Balanced Score Card design,analysis and discussion of implement,in an attempt to summarize a set of domestic enterprises for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard design method and process,and proposes relevant suggestions from all aspects of business.This paper adopts the methods of combining theoretical analysis and practical operation.Firstly,the theory of performance management were reviewed in the present situation and problems of GX group;then introducinga brief introduction of the performance management system,analyzing the basic situation of enterprises,development strategy,human resource management,the current performance management system and the main problems,finding out the problem,in order to design the GX group business class subsidiary performance appraisal system.The fourth part is the core of this thesis,a comprehensive introduction to the process of using Balanced Score Card to design GX group business class subsidiary performance appraisal system,focusing on the details of the application of Balanced Score Card to set the strategic goal of specific methods and steps of financial,customer,internal processes,learning and growth in four aspects.Then,this paper discusses the guarantee measures for the successful implementation of the Balance Score Card in GX group,mainly including the implementation of the safeguards and possible problems and countermeasures.At the end of the article,the author makes a summary of the full text.This paper aims to use the Balanced Score Card performance management tools and design theory,the improved GX group business class subsidiary performance management system,in order to further enhance the existing human resources,the advantages of enterprises,stimulate the work of passion and vitality of the cadres and employees,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
