| BO Group is a listed oil company in Hong Kong. In order to carry out northeast hinterland and Bohai Bay area business, intends to invest and construct of9000000tons of oil storage project in Dalian. During the project development, BO group has betrayed many management problems like confusion in management, quality defect, and the project is running slowly. So it’s urgent to looking for fitted, high effective and long-term solution for offering assistance to the effective project management.Though the research and analysis of the project departments of BO from the angle of management, the thesis solve above questions by using the theory and experience of project management from home and abroad. In accordance with the problems in poorly managing, mainly establish a scientific organization, the task decomposition and responsibility assignment method. Be aimed at the problem of quality defect, the thesis organized from Construction unit’s point of view, applied theory of "the project quality is produced; this is even more true of making up by management" to better control the project from three stages, before, during and after, and then solve this problem. The last question is the slow pace of project. TO clear up it, must have an adequate and reasonable plan, moreover, adjust and correct throughout the implementation.The paper solves mainly problems betrayed from BO Project management; Play a guiding role for the BO project on BO project follow-up management; Provide support for the BO group construction, operation and so on; also play a guiding role follow-up at home and abroad construction of other projects. And the similar owners who will construct large industrial petrochemical project could learn experience from the paper. The paper has played a great help to solve the project scientific, modern management. Because of the limited space, the above3problems analysis research is not deep enough, at the same time, there are some problems still need to be further studied. |
