| Land resource is a finite resource. With the rapid development of social economy in ourcountry, land resource in the whole population is declining, quality problem is more seriouscompared with the previous. Meanwhile, the limited land resource also makes it more andmore difficult to meet the demands of social economic growth for land. Therefore, landconsolidation project considered to be a kind of strategic deployment by the state is appliedmore often. In the concrete process of land consolidation project implementation andevaluation, the existing research results have been able to evaluate the performance andresults of land consolidation project, but the contents of evaluation are not comprehensiveenough and the evaluation method is not scientific enough. Therefore, how to evaluate theland consolidation project more systematically and scientifically has a certain significance.This paper studies the whole process of the land consolidation project with the core ofthe performance evaluation. First of all, from the perspective of process and result, thegovernment and the audience, the paper has constructed the causal loop diagram model ofperformance evaluation of land consolidation project, which is taken as the basis for themodel building. Secondly, according to the theories of land consolidation and the principlesof sustainable development theory, the paper builds the cause and effect diagram model of theperformance evaluation of land consolidation project, which is taken as the basis of buildingthe whole model. Secondly, combining with the characteristics of project areas, the paperselects process, economic, social and ecological four aspects as project subsystems, andbuilds respective system flow diagram model through the distinction of state variables,variable speed, auxiliary variables and constants with accordance of the principles andcharacteristics of building system dynamics models and indicates the existence of thefeedback loop. Then, the paper fits the SPSS functions such as growth curve, logistic curvewith the use of historical data and turns them into system dynamics equations in DYNAMOlanguage in VENSIM, at the same time, checks and inspects the running. Finally, with the useof the system dynamics model of the land consolidation project established in this paper, the paper evaluates and predicts the performance of the projects in combination with theengineering instances, which provides support for the analysis of decision making and projectproposal. In this paper, the result of the performance evaluation of engineering examples issatisfied, complying with and reaching the requirements and purpose of engineeringconstruction. The result also forecasts continued good performance in the next few years. Inaddition, compared with the previous models, the performance evaluation in this paper isbased on the analysis of the system dynamics model. In one hand, system dynamics modelanalysis is dynamic, it regulates the real-time feedback more closely to the real system. In theother hand, using the system dynamics model to evaluate can not only show the past, evaluatenow, but also can predict the future situation of the project. |
