Study On The Potential For Development Of The Tourism Industry Of Shanxi Province

As China's reform and opening up and socialist market economy, in-depth development of China's tourism industry has entered an unprecedented era of development, while the tourism industry in Shanxi Province has also entered a period of rapid growth and become a new pillar industry of economic development. However, Shanxi Province as China's economically underdeveloped provinces, the development of the tourism industry has remained relatively stagnant, uncompetitive in the domestic tourism market. In view of this, for the lack of competitiveness of the tourism industry in Shanxi Province, its tourism industry can be further developed, the key lies in whether the development potential of the tourism industry. Therefore, how the potential of tourism industry in Shanxi Province into a reality competitiveness, the follow-up to industry growth and sustainable development of theoretical analysis and practical basis for doubt of great practical significance.This integrated use of tourism, industry, economics, systems science, regional competitiveness and sustainable development theory, theory and methods, using theoretical research and empirical studies combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of combining, defines the development of tourism industry potential and the basic concepts discussed in depth the development of tourism potential and competitiveness of the tourism industry, tourism and sustainable development; in building the regional development potential of the tourism industry on the basis of the evaluation system, through the development potential of the tourism industry in Shanxi Province factors affecting analysis and evaluation of development potential for their tourism industry, the positive factors and limiting factors, and then proposed to the development potential of the tourism industry in Shanxi Province into real competitiveness of specific countermeasures.I sincerely hope that the research results of this paper can give some guiding and reference for the development of tourism industry in Shanxi.
