As we known, the employee is not only the property of business enterprise but also the "thought" of property. It is both the creator of wealth and the creator of prospect and destiny of business enterprise. The competition for 21 centuries is the talented person's competition, and how to tap talents, use of talents and retain talents as the key to the survival and development of enterprises. The Employee Satisfaction Degree become the focus of attention of enterprise managers. For corporations, there are two types of customers:One type is external customers, we usually describe as a direct consumers; the other is internal customers, our employees. Service Profit Chain can be expressed as:Employee Satisfactionâ†'customer satisfactionâ†'profitâ†'owner satisfaction. The employee, as the direct creator of profit, will work hard and positively if the employee satisfaction degree is higher. Instead, the employee will loss the motivation, which results in the low efficiency and working quality, or even resignation. So enterprises must rise employee satisfaction degree, inspire staff enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to enable staff to work in the best state to give full play to their talents, so that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market a long time to be invincible.According to the actual situation of Shenyang Marriott Hotel, the increasingly frequent movement of the hotel staff, and staff turnover rate of the increasingly high, a hotel employee satisfaction survey of the moment. The employee satisfaction degree investigation is the effective method in fully understanding it and then executing the corresponding measure. So this article use the case study and offer deep research in the way and procedure of the employee satisfaction degree investigation and then put forward the corresponding measure based on it. In this paper, we use a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction degree investigation and aim at the Shenyang Marriott Hotel for relative employee satisfaction degree investigation and corresponding measure research, so that the way and process of investigation and analysis on the employee satisfaction degree in enterprises and corresponding measure research can be received.This questionnaire of employee satisfaction degree is under checking by the software of SPSS13.0 statistic analysis, and the result clearly indicates that this questionnaire of employee satisfaction degree is one accepted and reasonable questionnaire, and then the satisfaction degree investigation begins. After reclaimed effective questionnaires are analyzed by the software of SPSS13.0, and indicate which aspects employee is not satisfactory with, the corresponding measure will be implemented in order to enhance the employee satisfaction degree.
