A Research On The Management & Control System Of YL GROUP

Corporation Management and Control has always been a management problem. Corporation Management and Control is to research how group enterprise manages and controls its subsidiary companies, how to distribute the power and resources, and how to realize the optimal operating efficiency and to reach enterprise's strategic target through designing management and control model, adjusting organization structure, defining power and obligation system,so as to achieve its strategic goals Ultimately, to achieve the maximization of shareholder value.In this paper,YL Group, one of Chinese Top 500 Enterprises,as the research object, YL group's Management and Control system is studied and analyzed, and put forward specific proposals. The Paper is divided into five sections.In chapterⅠ,this thesis firstly makes a brief introduction to the relevant theories of Corporation Management and Control. In chapterⅡ, analyses its basic situation and present Corporation Management and Control status, and diagnoses the problems in Yulian existing Management and Control system. In chapterⅢ, it analyses YL Group's development strategy, laying groundwork for the next chapter of control system design. After that, it makes an optimal design for YL Corporation Management and Control system, mainly including 5 aspects such as Management and Control model, organization structure, power & responsibility system, culture control, performance evaluation and establishes a set of mixed Management and Control model, which is in conformity with the requirements of YL development strategy and the strategical position, resource ability and requirements at different development stage of YL group.The Corporation Management and Control solutions given in this paper have a significant reference value for YL development in future. Chapter V is summarized, and control the future development of the Group and future trends.Corporation Management and Control is still an emerging issue in theory and business circles in China. The contribution is, on one hand the development of YL Group provide meaningful guidance to promote the group's fast, healthy and sustainable development, to build a solid foundation for a century enterprise. On the other hand,it can provide a helpful reference on the same industry or other areas of research, group control system for China's further enriched and improved to make useful exploration.
