| With the development of modern society, sheet is required higher quality, and plate producting process is also required improved control. Production of plate is mainly with rolling, and plate rolling is mainly with cold-based production. Cold-rolled sheet metal process is a more complex non-linear process. If working by handed, not only calculating will cost substantial energy and time, but the quality of products is unstable, and production rate is low. Hence, in the modern cold-rolled thin plate, computer control is demaned. The core of computer control system is mathematical models. It describes the best of the production process through different physical or experimental model. Using the mathematical model, the rolling influencing factor can be quatified, which makes order on the rolling assessment become more scientific and standardized. Through using the model, not only rolling process become smooth, but the strip quanlity reach the required performance targets, and the control accuracy and product quality is improved. My research subject is finite element model of thin plate cold-rolling. In this subject, thin plate the cold-rolling finite element model of the process and method is summed up through using the relevant theoretical knowledge. The stress-strain model of rolling process is accounted, using large-scale analysis software for finite element analysis-ANSYS. Based on the rolling process simulation, rolling optimal conditions may be aquired, so as to obtaining more precise quality control. |
