Research On The Problem Of Environmental Protection In Shan Xi Taiyuan

Since China’s reform and opening up, it’s industrialization progress continues toaccelerate, it’s economy grows so quickly, people’s living quality has improvedobviously, but the environment pollution has been seriously. With the impetus andguidance of the global environmental protection, we started to reflect continuously, andthrough various efforts, finally we improved our environmental pollution situation insome way. But owing to such problems as industrial structure and ecologicalconsciousness, environmental pollution and ecological destruction in our countryremains very serious, the pressure on resources and environment is still increasing.Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, which has a long history and rich coal resources, is aimportant energy and industrial city of China. Now, this kind of economic growth modewith high resources consumption and serious environmental pollution, poor economicbenefit, imbalance of industrial structure has become the bottleneck of development inTaiyuan city. Nowadays, the new environmental law has come, it is imperative toindustrial restructuring, the urbanization process is unstoppable, Taiyuan is facing agreat challenge.In this paper, I start my article with new situation and new policies, combiningwith domestic and foreign environment discipline knowledge, using the Marxist theory,combining Marxism Ecology and China Ecological Civilization closely. According tothe Marxist concept of ecology, natural dialectic, sustainable development, recyclingeconomy, green economy, low-carbon economy theory,. Thinking the recent andlong-term, the relationship between development and the livelihood of the people,combined with the Taiyuan city industrial structure and urbanization development, Ianalyze the present situation of Taiyuan city environmental protection, theenvironmental pollution problems, the causes of the pollution of the environment fromair pollution, water pollution, solid waste, soil pollution, noise pollution,such fiveaspects. The main causes of environmental pollution in Taiyuan is the naturalenvironment, irrational economic structure, energy consumption, public awareness,urban infrastructure, government policies. I analyze the crux of the environmentalproblems of Taiyuan city economic development, social harmony by citation index andon-the-spot investigation.
