Machine hand in order to meet the requirements of mechanical properties of machining parts on the other hand machine to meet the demand for unique, beautiful, which offers a good opportunity and conditions for CNC processing technology and fixture design.This paper takes the bridge for an example design and development of CNC drilling and tapping hole fixed ring plane, the plane design combines the advanced technology at home and abroad. The design content of the plane as follows:① After an accurate calculation and selection, design CNC drilling and tapping determine the overall layout of the fixed aperture ring plane, the magazine of choice for each feature.② Using SolidWorks software, 3 d modeling, the main machine tool parts, virtual assembly and motion simulation.③ Design of NC drill hole fixed ring clamp workbench, comprehensive analysis to the tap fixing ring hole fixture positioning system, clamping system,hydraulic system of NC drill composed.Determine the positioning and clampingpoint, expanding core jig with self centering clamp position; self centering fixture to determine the axial distan.
