Since 1960s, environmental problems have been attracted the world's attention. The International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations just got rapid development and became an important one to play a unique role in global environmental governance structure with the rise of the international environmental movement. The irreplaceable characteristics make the International Environmental Non- governmental Organizations become more and more important in the stage of global environmental governance. Upholding the values of justice and public interest the International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations coheres with the various resources to protect the global ecological environment. By the way of connection, communication and coordination, it not only does some supplement and remediation for the mode of Country-Government governance structure and correction, but also promote the democratization and diversity for the global environmental governance.With the methods of theoretical and case study, the paper tries to analyze comprehensively the significance and difficulties for the International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly makes a specific definition for the International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations, expounds the cause of its development and tries to represent its evolving process. The second part focuses on the channel of the International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations to participate in the global environmental governance, as well as its position and its effect. The last part firstly takes WWF (World Wildlife Fund) as case to analyze its participating channel, its significances and difficulties and then does thinking for the development trend of the International Environmental Non-governmental Organizations in the globe environmental governance.
