The electric technology gap between our country and international advanced level is big. some famous foreign companies have achieved the digital control system and used the better advanced control theory and high performance processor, for example:DSP. but most of inverters used the ordinary voltage/frequence control method in our country, seldom use the vector control method, in order to reduce the gap and adapt the future develop, we must strengthen the inverter's research.The thesis introduced the primary characteristic of DSP chip TMS320F2812, and elaborated the design of a full-digital motor control system which utilizes TMS320F2812 in detail.This designed controller used the TMS320F2812 DSP of TI company, produce the SVPWM waveform through software.IGBT is the IXYS module which is the Converter-Brake-Inverter module.IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler used the HCPL-314J form HP company.the isolation amplifier with short circuit and overload detection is the HCPL-788J of HP company. According to the three phase full-bridge inverter circuit's individual states, present the SVPWM waveform generation algorithm with lower hardware consumption and less distortion. It realized the current distortion and torque ripple are lower in the output of the inverter.it also improved running performance and enhanced dc voltage utilization reatio.
