Rural road construction in Inner Mongolia is the core of strategic steps to promote rapid development of China's rural economic. The various effects arising from rural road construction should be analyzed in order that the rural economy has maintained rapid, coordinated and sustainable development. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis and evaluation methods through the research using the completion of the rural roads impacting on the regional environment as a specific object of study and Make suggestions after post-evaluation analysis of rural road construction influence on environment.The research contents of this paper are post-evaluation of rural road construction influence on environment. The meaning of post-evaluation of environmental influence of rural road is a kind of technological means to improve the rural construction environmental management and environmental decision-making. It refers to the actual influence of construction project on the environment and the effectiveness of environmental compensation measures after the implementation of rural road construction projects, base upon environmental influence evaluation work and according to the actual situation after the road project put into operation, by assessing pollutant emissions and quality changes of the surrounding environment project construction activities, analysis of the accuracy and reasonableness of a series of forecasts and decision-makings before implementation of the project, identify causes of problems or errors, evaluate the accuracy of predictions, of forecast accuracy, improve decision-making, provide a scientific basis for improving construction project environmental management of rural road. The paper takes a comprehensive evaluation system approach through the individual local environment analysis and comprehensive analysis of different regions. It also introduces different methods of analysis for different regions so as to form a scientific evaluation system.The author puts forward a set of post-evaluation method of environmental influence after researching of Hohhot and the surrounding rural roads and hopes which can provide reference for autonomous rural road construction in the future.
