The Study Of Logistics Management During High-speed Rail Construction

Logistics in the modern management is called the third profit source of enterprise.Facing information and refinement,the implementation of logistics management is the important channel to enhance the competitiveness of the construction company.Railway is the most important transport method,and railway construction has been an important aspect of nation-building for a long time.Especially in recent years,China's railway industry entered into a high-speed railway construction period.During the high-speed railway construction period,material costs account for the entire project cost for a large proportion,even for more than 60%of the total cost,so the logistics has become an important profit source for high-speed railway construction industry.In order ·to complete the project in context to achieve profit maximization,rational logistics solutions has very important significance.Based on the Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Line 6 tenders,this paper mainly studies how to establish an effective supply chain,how to decide transport way after procurement and how to store the construction materials.Through continuous research and continuous improvement of logistics solutions,some logistics management methods are extracting for the high-speed rail construction.
