| There are higher and higher requirements for the technical improvements on city-web and country-web since factory and web has been separated according to the new rules of electric power system in our country. The small-scale substation has the special advantage in the Integrated Automation System,so it is widely accepted and used in electrical power system. Here ,we make the detail researches not only on this point,but on the hardware and software concerned as well.The thesis introduces the principle and structure function of the Integrated Automation System in the small-scale substation. Centralized configuration is used in the system due to the short distance between high-low voltage switch cabinet and the control room. And the industry control computer is used as the master one in order to meet the sound reliability and good real-time performance and expansion. We use the industry-controlled card and module with perfect function,which are supported by manufactures. VB under Windows environment can open up the application system with graphical interfaces,and the system writes programs that can do real-time data acquisition and inspect-control to the small-scale substation in the way of backstage and that also sets up user-interface. In order to make the remote data transmission between substations,communication programs are designed on a basis of Winsock controller in Visual Basic,which set up the local network communication based on the agreements of TCP/IP.This research-making has been on the experimental flat of "35KV Substation simulated screen" provided by School of Electric and Automatic Engineering. |
