| CAE technology is widely applied in mechanical industry along with the development of computer technology. For coach-body frame is main bearing part of whole car structure, car-body CAE method, which is based on the finite element method, eatehes people's attention more. It has been porved that using FEA in frame analysis is efficient, also the static&dynamic analysis can be porceeded, the bearing capability and vibration characteristic can be evaluated, the stiffness, srtength and inherence vibration model can be recongnized. We can also know the possible stress and distortion of the frame. The FEA has shown its advantages in the application in auto industries.Use of finite element analysis software ANSYS, through reasonable simplification, the establishment of a Bus Co. frame developed by the Finite Element Model. FEM model of the frame was introduced in detail and the static analysis was made under four typical conductions according to the practice such as running with the uniform velocity, left side torsion, emergent braking, right turning and overturning. The distributing of stress and displacement of the structure had been gotten on taking use of finite element method and the weak points and the strong points of the structure had been found. Analysis and evaluation of the merits and demerits of the frame. Furthermore, the dynamic characteristic of the body structure had been analyzed in the modal analysis technique in order to get the information of the frame. The ten orders natural frequencies had been calculated and low-order vibration shape of the bus frame was studied.The calculating results prove that the finite element model established in the text is rational, the analysis is correct, and the results could help to evaluate and improve the design of the passenger car. |
