In order to investigate the relationship between physical exercise and the resiliece of the high school students?what is the psychological mechanism physical exercise having on it? With regard to all these questions and the like,this reserch gives a relatively systematic analysis on the studies at home and abroad about the relationship between physical exercise and resilience as well as the forecasted index,on the basis of which the shortcomings of the studies in this field and theoretical hypothesis model for the psychological mechanism of the influence physical exercise has upon the resilience of the high school students.Many methods have been empioyed to probe into this research,such as literature review,logics,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc.In the first place,a measurement list of the resilience of the high school students is laid out. On the basis of the content of the resilience,and reference the combination the existent similar topics in the measure lists of resilience form home and abroad.,this research select the first draft.Entries of this draft have been added and deleted to make it a preliminary questionnaire after soliciting opinions and suggestions from some maters and some high school students.The preliminary questionnaire is used to carry out a survey on 200 high school students.In the light of the results,item analysis is made upon each entry in the preliminary questionnaire.Crossed out the obscure CR value which is not significant,and the elementary examination questionnaire comes into being.This questionnaire is used ti survery800 high school students.the outcome of this survery has been analyzed through exploration factors.Five factors have been taken out, with total of which is 4.745,4.116,3.085,3.224,1.829respectvely,cunulative 53.694%.The entries that have negative value below 0.3 of these 5 factors have been left out.Thus,a total of 33entries make up the final questionnaire.After probing into the psychological construction and the authentic proof of the resilience of high school students,the psychological construction model is put forward,which is validated by means of structural equation modeling.The outcome shows that the matching of the model is all right,the figures of which areCFI=0.847,RMSEA=0.062.At the same time,the consistency and reliability of this scale and the effectiveness of its contest are also verifid.As the results reveal,this scale is reliable and effective. Secondly,random sampling are combined to make a survey on the relationship between physical and the resilience as well as the forecasted index.750 high school students in Fuzhou have been chosen and measurement tools such as the self-editing scale on the resilience are employed.637copies of effective questionnaire have been withdrawn.And then analysis the relationship between physical exercise and the resilience with the results as follows(1)The high shool students in gender and different grades have the signficant difference in physical exercise,the high school students in difference sexes and the difference grade have the sighficant difference in the probiem soving of resilience,the high school students in different marital situations have the signficant difference in self-pleasing of resilience.(2)The different group of physical exercise have the sighficant difference in the five levels of resilience (Wilks A =.959**).(3)The result of structural equation modeling analysis provides support for the theoretical hypothesis model of psychological mechanism (CMIN(x2)/df=5.596, RMSEA=0.080。)From the analysis of the research results above,the conclusion can be drawn as follows:(1) the self-editing resilience scale have good reliability and validity,which can be taken as the measurement tool for studying the relationship between exercise and the resilience of high school students.(2)Resilience of the high school students involves the five perspective,which are interpersonal skills,problem solving,positive cognitive,self-pleasing,emotional stability.(3)Students participate in physical exercise have well resilience than the students who do not participate in physical exercise,performance in interpersonal skills,problem solving,positive cognitive,self-pleasing,emotional stability. (4)Physical exercise can not only directly impact the resilience of high school students,but also can indirectly impact through self-efficacy,coping style and other mediator.
