Healthy life is the premise of creating and enjoying happiness. As a activity of people transforming and improving physical and mental health, physical exercise is the most active, the most beneficial and the most interesting way to promote the physical and mental health.The study investigated the relationship among Physical exercise,Resilience and Well-being, use "Sports Rating Scale","The Resilience Scale for Adolescents" and "Multiple Happiness Questionnaire" to conduct a simple survey on416college students and analyze date with SPSS16.0and LISREL8.70soft ware. The results showed that:1.The reliability and validity of RSCA and MHO is good and overall indicators have reached surveying standards and all the scale suit for College students.2.The College students from different major, economic status, physical condition,the attention of health and interpersonal situation have varying degrees significant differences on physical exercise,resilience and well-being.3.Physical exercise can significantly predicte resilience and well-being.The one who often conduct long-lasting, high-intensity, exercise for31-59minutes each time, exercise1-3times a week, a moderate of exercise that have the highest level of resilience and well-being.4.Physical exercise mainly by improving individual physical and mental quality, developing relationships, enhancing the ability of emotional management and changing cognition to cultivate resilience and enhance the level of well-being.In summary, College students’ physical exercise not only can strengthen their overall quality,but also can by more reasonable,moderate and effective exercise to enhance the level of resilience and well-being. So, as a college school, create exercise atmosphere, publicity exercise knowledge, organize sports activities for all students and open exercise equipments can help students to improve the level of resilience and well-being. As individual students should be henlthy awareness into action, cultivate interest in exercise, develop the habit of exercising, a variety of physical exercise can culture the ability to cope with difficulties and setbacks, also can expand personal relationships, enhance self-efficacy and sense of self-ability.And then achieve high quality, high satisfaction life to enhance the level of happiness.
