Research On The Project Management-based Training Of The National Defense Students Based On The Base

With China's rapid military modernization of national defense development, the demand of high-level military personnel is greatly increasing. But the number of military academies has been far from meeting the demand, thus the national defense students appear. National defense students not only are college students, but the military personnel. It is very critical issue of national defense students education that students are made a smooth transition for the military personnel. national defense training based on the base just is a very important way, while now it is only as a form. To solve this problem, this paper, according to the ideas and methods of project management, builds the training model. of national defense students based on the base.Firstly, This paper summarized the theory of project management, described our current situation of national defense training based on the base, and summed up the problems. Secondly, according to the theory of project management, combined with the content and status of the training, to build a project management of national defense training based on the base, which included the start of the project, the planning, the implementation and the evaluation. Finally, the model was applied to the National defense students'training of Hefei University of Technology that more clearly described the application of project management to the training based on the base.
