The training of milary students relies on regular higher education by taking advantage of the human and knowledge resources in colleges.It is the necessary step to train military cadies and to accelerate the construction of a cadie group of high quality.Besides,it is also a subjective requirement to carry out the national strategy"Revitalize the nation by science and education,and augment the military strength by technology.”Furthermore,it bears great practical and historic significance to optimize the distribution of national human resources and to reinforce the military construction.Since the late 20th century,PAP has begun to recruit military students.After ten years' selection and training,a large number of military students have taken up various posts in the army,and have started playing gradually important roles.Nevertheless,the systematic theoretical research is still at the preliminary stage,which has led to an continual adoption of the old training mode.Therefrom arise many problems.For example,the curriculum arrangement is not reasonable enough;the teaching methods are short of flexibility;the management approaches are relatively backward and ask for advancement;the ideological and political work is lacking in force,etc.In short,a comprehensive curriculum and its practical implementation for the occupational training for PAP military students are still in a period of exploration and experimentation,and it calls for theoretical support.After systematically expounding the historical origin,analyzing the current situation,and probing into the values and principles of the occupational training for PAP military students,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and strategies.Therefore,it is attached with theoretical and instructive importance to rationalize the occupational training for PAP military students,to enrich its training theories,to speed up the training of qualified personnel,to improve the entire quality of the cadie group,and to promote the overall construction of the military force as well.
