The development of knowledge-based economy and life-long education provided a new perspective and enlightenment for cadre training. It was emphatic and indubitable that female cadres played an important role at the national and social development as an important human resources. There were clear social differences between women and men as a result of long-term accumulation of history and culture. The training of female cadres showed some specificity in training mode, content, methods and many other aspects. Against this background, how to improve the effectiveness of female cadre training was studied combined with the current status and issues of female cadre training in Fujian province.In this paper, by the ways of literature analysis, investigation, comparative methods, the overall thought was formed as introducing a question, defining the objective, collecting data, researching and arguing, solving the problems and forming the conclusions. First of all, the researches of cadre training at home and abroad were reviewed to determine the theoretical basis and policy basis for the research of the effectiveness of female cadre training. Second, the strategies and thoughts about the increasing of effectiveness of female cadre training were put out through the status investigating of female cadre training in our province. Finally, the studies was summed up. The conclusion was that the effectiveness of female cadre training in our province would improved truly only under the guidance of the correct planning of scientific training, by the ways of improving of the specialization degree of female training institutions, arranging targeting training on the bases of confirming the role and the growth law of female cadre, adopting a flexible and diverse training method and attaching importance to the actual effect. |
