How to strengthen and improve the education and training work of cadres and adapt to the requirements of the new situation is a topic that we urgently need to study and solve.Let the training of cadres not be formal training,through training to produce a substantive role,not only help to improve the quality of cadres and work ability,but also to build a cadre team.However,from a practical point of view,although the party and the national government attach great importance to it and have also invested certain human,material,and financial resources,relevant regulations have also been formulated.However,the actual effect of cadre training is not satisfactory.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the contents and methods of the research and the advanced research results at home and abroad.The second part is mainly to the cadre training related theory elaboration.The third part is an overview of domestic and foreign cadre education and training.In addition to introducing the current situation of domestic cadre education and training,it focuses on the training of civil servants in the United States,Singapore,and Japan.The fourth part is the case analysis,taking the cadre education and training of the Shenzhen Research Institute of Nanjing University as an example,analyzes the implementation and management of the cadre training.It is found that the training of its cadres is not effective:the training content is not targeted,the quality of training courses is not high,the training form is too simple,and the daily supervision is not strict,and the causes are analyzed.The fifth part is the case demonstration,analyzes the typical case of cadre training,and explores its success and can be widely used for reference.Through the case,we seek a number of methods that can change the current training dilemma of cadres.The sixth part is the part of the proposal,which puts forward the evaluation of the degree of curriculum,the implementation of the "three combinations",and the improvement and opening up of the training work for cadres.On this basis,the management of the training work is strengthened and improved,and the content of the training for cadres is improved.The establishment of a scientific training mechanism and several other views and methods.Part ? is the conclusion.
