The Research Of Development Problem Of Qinhuangdao Xx Non-governmental Relieving Organization

Since era of reform and opening up in China, NGOs have developed rapidly in the field of environmental protection, poverty and social services, now they begin to take shape. The emergence and development of NGOs whose aid target is vulnerable groups greatly promote political, economic, social progress in various aspects. But due to defects of funds, supervision and these organizations'own defects, NGOs'development are facing many practical issues. Basing on the analysis of Qinhuangdao XX non-governmental relieving organization's status and problems, this thesis brings forward countermeasures and recommendations for future development, especially on building a diversity and developmental model in order to achieve the organization's healthy and sustainable development.Firstly, this thesis taking the theories of NGO as a guide, and the theories of vulnerable groups as an analytical tool, deeply analyzes non-governmental organization's concept, characteristics and advantages, and states personal opinions and perspectives.Secondly, this paper taking Qinhuangdao XX non-governmental relieving organization as study object, through some ways such as questionnaires and field survey, find out the situation of nature, legality,source of fund, staff arrangement, facility,service web of this organization.Further more, base on the investigation of the development problem of Qinhuangdao XX non-governmental relieving organization, this paper deeply analysis the fund, staff, facility, service network etc, and recognize the reason of the problem such as public trust, development ability, legislation, government supervision etc.Finally, basing on systematic investigation and analysis, the study build a diversification development mode of Qinhuangdao XX non-governmental relieving organization. The thinking of transferring social resources, refer a feasibility operate model for this organization in theory.
