The paper, based on the meaning and targets of Chinese elective course at high school, explores the curriculum arrangement and the concrete implementing plan of "pre-Qin philosophers choose".With an expectation to express some personal advisory opinions by Analysis one point lead the general idea about the construction of the elective course, this essay investigates the significance of the implementation of the course, which is the need of the promotion of the traditional education of china, encouraging intellectual and moral improvement, developing capacity of reading and writing, however the adaptability of student to the University entrance examination too.Although the curriculum provision is strictly according to the development of the elective course and the aim of Chinese teaching in high school,it should be some obstacles that teachers might encounter in their future work, such as teachers become utilitarian gradually, students just study by rote learning and the awkward situation when teaching and learning the ancient Chinese. Moreover, the shortage of teaching period, poor prior knowledge of teachers and huge recognition differences between students force the teachers pay more attention to the content and the methods of teaching which request the teachers combine all the features of the text, the teacher and the student, also select the appropriate method of teaching. Through Analysis of the model course along with the teaching methods as literature study,culture influence,independently development and team work,the writer reviews the experience that gained in practice, which can be the reference for the teaching of the elective course.
