Along with economic development and social progress, the development of the secondary vocational schools has been changing, Changes in student enrollment model and multi-level students bring new and unexpected situations, problems and challenges on student-managing model and moral educational mode of secondary vocational schools. Against this background, finding an effective student-managing model and moral educational mode is at the top of the agenda for secondary vocational schools. Since 2006, The tutorial system has been carried out in Ninghua Secondary Vocational School and has achieved good results, the tutorial system becomes a model example of student-managing model and moral educational mode of secondary vocational schools.The tutorial system is being studied all over the country, some universities and middle schools have carried out tutorial system, but seldom secondary vocational schools carry it out, few people study it. So I take Ninghua Secondary Vocational School as the example, study tutorial system in the secondary vocational schools in theory and practice, and provide tutorial system in the secondary vocational schools a basis for a theory and example. Ninghua Vocational School where I teach is one of the largest key secondary vocational schools at the Provincial Level, so it is a representative secondary vocational school in Sanming City, in Fujian Province, even in China.The paper studies tutorial system in the secondary vocational schools, using documentation method, observation method, interviewing method, educational narrative research and so on. On the analysis of the present situations of the secondary vocational schools, the paper raises the necessity of the tutorial system in the secondary vocational schools, and give further explanation in theory. The research is based on practice of Ninghua Secondary Vocational School, introduces the related situations of the tutorial system implementation, summarizes the good results caused by tutorial system and rethinks the problems about the practice.
