The development of school is the main subject of education development nowadays. How to make school keeping long and endlessly development is the new boundary that is the development of school has been pursuing continuously forever. The school supervisor and Department or System of Education should pay attention to analyze the factors of affecting or blocking the development of school in a perspective of education ecology. Only we abide by the rule of natural development of school, and make school presenting a kind of eco-development tend, can the development of school last long time. And school will find out the new problems in the course of its developing, and constantly reform and renew.Firstly, this paper states and discriminates some relative conceptions of the development of school in theory of ecology of education. Such as, the development of school, the improvement of school, effective school, the ecology of education and ecology education, the ecology of school and ecology school etc. And this paper states the main characteristics of ecology system of school development, too.At the same time, this paper analyzes and studies the situations and circumstances of several schools in Xiamen region, and also through face to face interviews and some investigations from students and teachers in questionnaire form. And the author tries to find out the ecology factors that affect the development of school, for instance, manpower, financial, circumstances and other resources in or out of the ecology system of the development of school.Finally, this paper puts forward the factors that restrict the healthy and constantly ecology development of school, according to the results of research, such as, the development of society, the managerial system of school and the organizational structure of school. And it proposes a series of strategies of school ecology development:drawing up the scientific development planning of school; reforming the school management systems; reconstructing the organizational culture of school; and exploiting and utilizing the manpower resources of school in properly. To promote and instruct the ecology and scientific development of school, thus, the development of middle and primary schools can last and sustainable.
