The quality of education and new curriculum reforms are on the teachers in teaching philosophy, teaching ability and teaching methods put forward new demands, in an objective requiring teachers to quickly improve their teaching and research capabilities. However, traditional methods of teaching and research there are many problems, such as time and space constraints, teaching and research in the form of a single, difficulties in resource sharing, the network of teaching and research as a product of the information age, able to overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching and research with the traditional teaching and research complement each other, professional development for teachers to provide a strong technology and content protection.This article first go through the literature review, from the conventional to the network of teaching and research background of the historical development of teaching and research start with the current network at home and abroad to carry out teaching and research to draw conclusions, to understand the characteristics of the network and the role of teaching and research, clarify the theoretical basis for teaching and research networks, trying to network with relevant theory to guide the direction of development of teaching and research.Secondly, through the survey method to understand the specific areas of teaching and research the status of teachers in the network to understand the needs of teachers, teaching and research on the network situation, summed up the impact the network effect of internal and external factors of teaching and research, teaching and research platform for building a regional network to provide first-hand informationFinally, the combination of the above-mentioned research, development, and gradually improve the regional network of teaching and research platform to develop the system of measures explored and summed up a specific area of teaching and research networks necessary to carry out the steps and methods of teaching and research applications of the strategy proposed by the network for peer learning reference.This paper is divided into six chapters, in Chapter 1, Introduction, describes the research background, research state, a comparison of various methods of teaching and research networks, research significance, research methods and objectives; in Chapter 2 is to introduce the study of theoretical foundation and basic principles of, the network of relevant theories and principles of teaching and research were elaborated and carding; in Chapter 3 of the present teachers, teaching and research needs in the network analysis, Gulou District Teacher Network conducted a questionnaire survey of teaching and research status, and through the data statistics and analysis to carry out teaching and research platform for building a regional network feasibility analysis; in Chapter 4 is based on the theory and findings, to Gulou area network of teaching and research platform for building, including relying on platform architecture, the feature module describes the use of presentations, etc. in Chapter 5 is a network strategy for teaching and research platform to study multi-platform through the one-year test run of practice, combined with survey and sum up the Drum Tower area networks, application of the results achieved in teaching and research platform, and found that the application platform, a problem in working out a the application of a network strategy for teaching and research platform. Chapter 6 is the concluding remarks, including the conclusion of the study, research contribution, inadequate research, a follow-up research work.
