In2006, from May13to May16, China’s first national schoolorganizational culture of high-level forum was held in Shenyang. Thisindicates that the new situation has caused a high degree of attention ofacademics and theorists, for the research and construction of the schoolorganizational culture. With the advance of economic globalization,information and mercerization process, the wave of internationalization ofeducation is already coming. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools asone of China’s higher education sector is wonderful, since2000theSino-foreign cooperation in running schools is opening everywhere in ourcountry and becoming increasingly the concern of the community. what ourpaper want to discuss is located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ofthe Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools of this unique organization ofhigher education of the organizational construction. Conceivably, theorganizational culture of construction of the Inner Mongolia Sino-foreigncooperation in running schools will inevitably be limited in triple constraint ofthe traditional Chinese culture, the culture of Inner Mongolia region andWestern foreign culture. This will definitely lead to a unique cultural style ofthe organizational culture of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.Then, the beginning of this paper first analyzes the task of building organizational culture which has been applied to Chinese-foreign cooperationin running schools of this school organization, reflecting the new features andthe new requirements which is easy to fit the local Higher Education Cultureof Organization. To find new problems and grasp the new requirements is tomake the good premise and the good protection of the cultural construction ofSino-foreign cooperative education organization.The third part of this began to enter the research of the status and problemabout the organizational culture of Inner Mongolia University Sino-foreignCooperation in Running Schools. I first introduced the current situation ofSino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Inner Mongolia region. Thenembark on the process of formation of the Sino-foreign Cooperation inRunning Schools, and then investigate the status of organizational culture.And then, we put the problems of process of the formation of the Sino-foreignCooperation in running schools into three structural levels of theorganizational culture we summarized. In order to base in those problemsexactly and find the right way out, analyze the root cause of differentproblems coherently, and then put forward suggestions for improvement.The fourth part is the results section. The author summarizes the origin ofproblems mentioned above, and puts forward an improved Countermeasure.The fifth part of the article is the specific application of analytical thinkingreferenced above. Articles organized by the Inner Mongolia AgriculturalUniversity, in cooperation with the University of Alberta, Canada FoodScience and Engineering Undergraduate Education Project as an example. The article analyzed the process of formation of the organizational culture andthe status quo of reflecting in each levels of the organizational culture and theexisting problems, then put forward the improved countermeasures. Furtherillustrates the construction of organizational culture of influencing theSino-foreign cooperation in running schools in the long-term.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the inland of China,economic level and education level of development more slowly than in theeastern part. As the dark horse, Sino-foreign Cooperation in running schoolplayed in an important function in letting the higher education of InnerMongolia have the same international standards with the intonation’s andimproving the levels of local higher education totally, rapidly gaining theattention of the masses and the autonomous regional government. The wholearticle is based on school organizational culture, cross-cultural managementetc theory, studying the perspective of organizational culture construct as thestarting point, After analysis and interpretation of the culture of theorganization’s own personality and cultural factors, we discuss how toestablish a good image of the organization, thereby attract excellent foreigneducational resources and improve school educational level and socialacceptance, In order for the admonition of the long-term development ofSino-foreign cooperation in running schools in the Inner Mongolia region.
