Enrollment Problems Of Secondary Vocational Schools In The X District Of Fujian Province

This article aims to find out the countermeasures to develop the Secondary Vocational Education and serve for the local economy by searching the enrollment problems of Secondary Vocational Schools in X area of Fujian.The article takes the Secondary Vocational Schools in X area of Fujian as the research object and exposes many problems of the enrollment of the Secondary Vocational Schools by literature research,questionnaire survey,interview;,field research,antitheses and experience summary methods.The students recruiting by the Secondary Vocational Schools don't satisfy the needs of local economy.Some schools have many difficulties in recruiting students and even close down.Some schools and teachers' focus transfer.Most Students'qualities are low.The teaching effect is not good.The quality of employment is low.The effect of Secondary Vocational Education is bad.Considering economy,history,government,school,enterprise,society and other reasons,I find out some countermeasures to solve the enroll problems.Firstly,government should play an active role in regulation,adjusting school distribution,making students recruiting plan wisely,guiding major setting correctly,intensifying investment,standard and supervising enterprise recruiting and using force and school students recruiting and teaching order,ensuring graduates employment and enhancing skilled works social position,expanding propaganda of the Secondary Vocational Education,widening the form of the Secondary Vocational Education,perfecting the vocational and skills examination system,and ensuring the Secondary Vocational Education healthy development by-legislating.Secondly,school should set majors according to the actual,considering setting characteristic specialty major,excellent specialty and so on.School must Innovate students recruiting system,and intensify the construction of school and teaching stuff to increase its own charm and competitiveness.
