The moral education environment of higher schools as a virtues aspect in its research area and it plays an important role in the moral education of higher schools. The moral education of higher schools has to carry on under this particular environment of high schools, while the moral education environment of higher schools has effect on the moral education of itself. After recognizing the influence of the moral education environment in the moral education of higher schools, how to construct moral education environment of higher schools and how to assess what kind of high schools'moral education environment meets the need of the moral education in high schools has became the problem which is urgent to solve. Meanwhile, high schools'moral education environmental assessment makes the impressive influence. Therefore, the importance of theories research of high schools'moral education environment has brings into relief. Through the valuation, it can discover the existent problem and the shortage in high school's moral education environment, in order to make a decision in time. Based on that, it can also lead to construction of high schools'moral education environment catch up with the need of high school's moral education, to cultivate more excellent talents. This thesis aim to find out the incomplete and immature aspects of the theories research of high schools'moral education environment deeply and also tally up the experience and refine a new theories, realize its characteristics and functions, grasp the regulation of it in order to establish principle of high school's moral environment valuation and set up a scientific and systematic system of high school's moral environment valuation. Assist to the valuation index sign system of high school's moral environment aims to investigate the high school's moral environment systematically and comprehensively. Through the result of evaluation to know the disadvantages of high school's moral environment construction, and adjust the key points of it so that it can be more clearly.This thesis mainly divided into five chapters as follow: The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, present situation, meaning and the way of thinking of this thesis. The second chapter is on the inner meaning and construction of the high school's moral education environment. This chapter has a statement of the concept, characteristics and component of high school's moral education environment and analysis of the relationship between high school's moral education environment and high school's moral education deeply. The third chapter is about the meaning, function and principle of high school's moral education environment evaluation. In this chapter, it first makes a definition of the meaning, function and principle of this evaluation, and then makes a statement of the above points. The fourth chapter is talk about the found of the high school's moral education environment evaluation system. This chapter is the main point of this thesis and it also the creative point. It first make a description of the meaning and designing principle of the high school's moral education environment evaluation system, and then raise a complete-structured designing of it. Meanwhile, it also makes a detailed introduction of the management and operation system of high school's moral education environment evaluation. The fifth chapter is about the process of the high school's moral education environment evaluation. It mainly introduces the procedures of the operation process of this system.
