To implement "the CPCC and the State Council on deepening the decision of educational reform to promote quality education" and "the decision of State Council on Basic Education Reform and Development", the ministry of education issued the "ordinary high school curriculum plan (experiment)" and 15 discipline curriculum standard (tests) in March 31,2003.In 2005, in order to further strengthen the guidance of experimental work, explore establishing effective working mechanism, make sure that the experiment work orderly, promote reform deepening continually, the ministry sent documents, particularly offer one of the five opinions:further intensify the experimental provinces principals and teachers training work,to carry out training in batches.2009, hubei province is sixth batch to enter high school curriculum reform, it calls actively organize and carry the Ministry of Education in 2009 to carry out high school teachers in the remote training province of Curriculum Reform Experiment.According to the province’s case, take scattered learning and concentrated study combination of teacher training mode. In order to promote the work of high school curriculum reform of Hubei Province, Hubei Province Department of Education taked the project tender to identify 11 Hubei Province major research projects of high school curriculum reform in 2010, this paper is based on one of the projects. The national teacher Curriculum training is booming, how to improve the quality of teacher training is becoming an important research subject for the researchers.This paper began to analyse basic theory of constructing high school teacher training evaluation index system and the state of high school curriculum reform,then study the evaluation problems of high school curriculum reform with overall and systematic view. And distributing the index weight using AHP and yaahp software.Designing a set of suitable, reasonable curriculum reform evaluation index system of high school teacher training in Hubei Province is the focus of this thesis.The first chapter, expounds this topic research background and significance of domestic and foreign teacher training, through the quality evaluation index system made literature studies, analyzes the present situation of research studies. For the purpose of the research and research methods are explained. The second chapter, analysis teacher training policy and implementation process of the high school curriculum reform, the construction of evaluation system has conducted the preliminary conception.The third chapter, summarizes the theoretical basis of this research, puts forward the teacher training evaluation index design principles of high school curriculum reform.The fourth chapter, specifically design high school curriculum reform of teacher training work performance evaluation index, and distribute the index weight using AHP and yaaph software. The fifth chapter,concludes the main achievements and shortage of the research.
