Research On Urbanization Level Of Qinhuangdao Based On Unascertained Clustering Method

Urbanization is not only a assembling process of population in city in certain region,but also a assembling process of industry;Not only the unceasingly developing process ofthe society,the economy,and the culture of city itself,but the city gives animpetus to thearea,the country and even a larger range.Urbanization has its significance in its quantity in its esscence.Currently,the urbanization level is all important problem that domestic and international scholars are discussing it well.It has been a knotty problem of how to reflect urbanization level.The paper bases on the experience summed up by our predecessors,takes inner mongolia as the object of study,makes use of the line to add the power and methods,follow to synthesize the principle,prospect the principle,localal area the dprinciple,science the principle, comparable the principle, acquirable the principle and the quantifies principle, putforward the index system to evaluate the urbanization level.The index systemis made up of three levels,they are objective level,standard level and index level.The content of objective level is urbanization level;the lower level is standard level,which is made up of people urbanization,the economy and social urbanization, space urbanization level,the lifestyleand environment urbanizationlevel,city and country urbanization,the drive level of the city to the region and educational urbanization.We select 22 index signs finally,and the weight of each index ale defined by using AHP and delphi.Each index are dimensionless treatment by using the method of the law of fuzzy subordination degree.Take anyang city as an example,the author introduces the basic status of urbanization,analyses the opportunity and the challenge that Anyang faces. Then the thesis propose the principle that quickening the urbanization process should follow,generalizes the plan of development.At last seven measures are discussed,which include perfecting town system,culture developing city,standing out economies,sounding town function,improving town environment,pushing the foreign land urbanization and advancing green GDP level.
