In China, with fast development of software Technology industry, more and more software people are required by software project. It is more and more important to improve the software project human resource management. Focus on the problem we are facing, this article analyses how to improve project HR management ability according to author's project management experience in KL Company. It includes personnel selection, project team building and project personnel development. From these ways, let software project people be happy to stay at project and reduce the mobility. At the end part of this article, author discusses software project HR risk management. Aiming to reduce the impact of software project when project member leaves, this article detailed analysis the method and content of risk identification, risk mitigation and risk control.The whole essay is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction.
