The software enterprises in China are faced with development opportunities andchallenges in the software field market, to improve working efficiency and strength the keycompetitiveness, they have to develop project human resource management(PHSM) of thesoftware project.This paper combine current situation of PHSM in software enterprises in China andthe author's practice of working in the software enterprise, analyze the essential PHSMproblem existing in software enterprises in China, put forward PHSM of software projectsuch as set up project team according to the orientation of business, perfectteam-member training system, performance evaluation system and excitation system. Thepaper consists of six parts as follows:The first part expound the background of the research and the realistic signification;the second part briefly introduce the current situation of PHSM in software enterprises inChina;the third part put forward and analyze the problems of PHSM in software enterprisein China;the fourth part bring forward the PHSM policy and demonstrate it;the fifth part:demonstration--the PHSM practice in General Software Dept. of CITIC ApplicationService Provider Co, Ltd.;the sixth part sum up the paper.
